8ozCoconut Milk, canned(1/2 a can, the thickest part)
1Serrano Pepper, seededOptional - use 1/2 tbsp of Trader Joe's South African Smoked Pepper Grinder instead
⅓bunchcilantro(1/2 cup packed with stems)
1LimeJuiced
1tspMinced Garlic
½tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
Wash and trim the ends of the stems off the cilantro, break it into 2-4" pieces and add it to the food processor. Wash and de-seed the pepper, removing the top. Add this to the food processor along with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
