A mug. Measuring spoons, fork. A microwave (critical).
Ingredients

Flaxmeal (ground)
(w/ 3 Tbsp of water. Sub out the actual egg.)
Instructions
Grease your mug with olive oil.
Add egg and whisk until whites and yolks are blended.
Add flours, baking powder, and spices, and mix until well blended to a uniform consistency.
Cook in microwave on high-power (10) for 90 seconds.
Use a knife to help dump the bread out of the mug onto a plate. Cut into 4 slices, enjoy!
