Equipment

  • A mug. Measuring spoons, fork. A microwave (critical).

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Almond Flour
  • ½ tbsp Cassava Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder aluminum free
  • 1 Free Range Eggs
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.1 tsp Thyme (a dash)
  • 0.1 tsp Crushed Rosemary (a dash)
  • 0.1 tsp Garlic Powder (a dash)

Vegan Alternate

  • 1 Tbsp Flaxmeal (ground) (w/ 3 Tbsp of water. Sub out the actual egg.)

Instructions

  • Grease your mug with olive oil.
  • Add egg and whisk until whites and yolks are blended.
  • Add flours, baking powder, and spices, and mix until well blended to a uniform consistency.
  • Cook in microwave on high-power (10) for 90 seconds.
  • Use a knife to help dump the bread out of the mug onto a plate. Cut into 4 slices, enjoy!
