Haul out that food processor and get ready to leave it on for several magical minutes.

Pulverizing the almond flour takes at least 1/3 less time than pulverizing whole almonds. Use what you have!

Almonds are a quality source of fiber and a fantastic, Calorie-rich and nutritious alternative to peanut butter.

Vegan Paleo Meatballs Exist!

I created these as a means to finish a vegan version of our “Detailed Paleo Week” budget-savvy weekly menu.

Turns out they’re yummy keepers for an A-grade steal!

I highly recommend pairing them with the (meatless) Nomato sauce from “Spaghetti and Meatballs” by Mickey Trescott.

Alternatively, serve them in a GameDay crock-pot appetizer or double them up and mash them into paleo vegan slider patties!
